Receiving Your Order
Step 1:
When you receive your order look at the package.
If there is any damage on the box -- such as -- the box is smashed.
Call us right away (931) 946-2030
Each package that we ship is inspected at the post office at the time we drop
it off.  US Priority Mail will not accept any package that is damaged or
crushed. Therefore, if there is any damages to the package it happened
threw the  mail delivery system .

Just call us and we will file a damage claim with the post office and in the
meantime we will ship you out a replacement order. Mail
As of today we have not had any customers receive their packages
damaged
So, !00%  Hats Off To The Good Service US Priority does.
Step 2:
We pack all order. First, the order is packed then each order is inspected
for product accuracy for each order.

Check your order for accuracy.
Step 3:
Plant all live roots, plants right away. Do not put them in your garage for 2
weeks and think that your asparagus are going to be OK. Not so .....

Plant when you receive your order.
Step 4:
Please email and let us know that you received your order.
Also  we would like to have your comments on how you liked the
items you purchased. We appreciate your feedback.
